I don’t think a mental health issue is for life — to the extent that it is going to feel as bad as it does in the moment for the rest of your life. But, I do think it requires some conscious changes, systematic effort to change things in your life that are not working.
A mental attitude that involves focusing on the positive aspects of a situation, rather than dwelling on the negative. It is a way of interpreting and responding to events in a more optimistic and constructive manner. Positive thinking involves recognizing and acknowledging negative thoughts, but then consciously replacing them with positive ones.
